🧠 Steps to Create a Soft Glow Effect:

1. Select your object using any selection tool (Object Selection or Pen Tool).
2. Press Ctrl+J (Cmd+J) to duplicate the selection to a new layer.
3. With the duplicated layer selected, go to Filter > Blur > Gaussian Blur.
4. Set the blur radius between 20–40 px, depending on image size.
5. Change the Blending Mode to Screen or Overlay.
6. Adjust Opacity for a subtle glow.

✅ Done! You now have a glowing object that looks dreamy and highlighted.
