Non-refundable: Once delivered, digital files cannot be returned or refunded.

If there is an error on our part (misspelling, wrong content), we will correct it and resend without extra charge.
2. Design Services (Graphics, Video, Web)

Refunds are not applicable once the project has started or final files have been delivered.

Partial refunds may be issued only if the project is canceled before the design process begins.
3. Training / Courses

No refunds will be given for completed or ongoing training sessions.
